You’ve probably been hearing a lot about DNA Testing lately and the miraculous benefits it has. We saw one patient go from taking 13 different drugs down to seven. Metabolic DNA testing saves lives.
The use of pharmacogenomic testing in the clinical setting has the potential to improve the safety and effectiveness of drug therapy, yet studies have revealed that physicians lack knowledge about the topic of pharmacogenomics, and are not prepared to implement it in the clinical setting. This page further explores the pharmacogenomic knowledge deficit and educational acts as a resource for physicians. We hope to help educate you on this specific science with talks from your peers.
